General Conditions of Sale - Randofeet
1. Object
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between the company Randofeet, hereinafter referred to as "the seller", and any person making a purchase on the site www.randofeet.com, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer"
2. Products
Randofeet offers hiking and outdoor activity products for sale. The essential characteristics of the products are described on the website's product sheets.
3. Price
Prices are indicated in euros and include all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
Randofeet reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and to cancel an order in the event of an error in its prices.
4. Order
The order is validated after the following 3 steps:
- Display of order details and total price including VAT
- Possibility to correct the order
- Order confirmation by the buyer
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are indicated at the time of ordering. Randofeet undertakes to deliver the products within 6 to 12 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery costs may vary depending on the order amount and the delivery method chosen. Shipping times are 24 to 48 hours.
7. Right of withdrawal
The buyer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
